Each 60-minute session includes: - Conversation to uncover your specific needs and map them to body and faith practices - Instruction in personalized faith-based, somatic exercises curated to meet your specific needs - Guided practice to ensure your familiarity and comfort with each exercise - Individualized materials tailored to supplement your practice emailed to you following the session(s). These materials may include additional exercises, meditations, written resources, scriptures, and music just to name a few. Ready to embark on this transformative journey?
