My story begins a long time ago in the garage of my childhood home.  It was in that garage that I played my little pink boom box and danced till I was a sweaty mess.  I danced without rules, without expectations.  It was in that garage that I learned that dancing healed my soul and brought me to a place of pure joy.   As an adult, I found myself disconnected from that little girl in the garage.  My journey to return to that feeling of freedom led me to JoyDance.  It is an honor to continue developing and sharing JoyDance with others seeking to free body and soul.
