The Advent Play & Pray Series Includes the Following:
- Weekly Wednesday Zoom Gatherings at 9:30 am. Â Gatherings incorporate guided morning stretch, Advent devotional, candle lighting, and prayer time (Devotional Source is PCUSA Advent Devotional Kindling the Flame of Love)
- Christian mindfulness Advent calendar created by Kristy
- Dedicated private FB group for community to share experiences, prayer concerns, praises, and inspiration
- 2 pre-recorded evening meditations designed to calm the heart and mind in preparation for sleepÂ
- 2 pre-recorded stretch videos
